What is Kasset? +
Kasset is an AI note taker made by Bromance Studio SRL in Brussels. It records online meetings from your Mac without a bot, and conversations on your phone or a Plaud Note Pro or NotePin S, then turns them into notes, decisions and next steps you can search and ask about. Plans start at €19 per user per month.
Does Kasset join my calls as a bot? +
No. Kasset records from your computer, so nothing joins the call as a guest. Meet, Teams, Zoom, or a huddle: the notes stay yours, and nobody sees a bot in the meeting.
Can I use Kasset with my Plaud? +
Yes. Connect a Plaud Note Pro or NotePin S on Kasset Pro, and real-world conversations become the same notes as your online meetings. One library. One search.
Where is my data stored? +
In France: audio with Scaleway, the app on Scalingo. Transcription runs on ElevenLabs and notes on Claude; an administrator can keep a workspace on Mistral only. Where your data lives.
Do you train models on our conversations? +
No. Your audio and the notes that come from it are never used to train or fine-tune any model: not by Kasset, not by the AI providers it uses.
Can I search past conversations? +
Yes. Ask Kasset in plain English, or connect Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot and other tools through MCP. It searches across meetings and physical conversations, answers from what was actually said, and shows you the sources.
Can I ask from Claude or ChatGPT? +
